2012 TRAIN the Trainer

We are pleased to announce that B.O.S.S. Las Vegas has partnered with Churches in Las Vegas.com to train youth and adults in birthing their God-given dreams, visions and ideas into reality.  Churches around the city will be hosting B.O.S.S. classes starting in March, 2011.  This season we are focused on training youth to become "God-confident" Leaders - not followers, Lenders - not borrowers, by developing them into Christian Entrepreneurs through intense training in Discipline, Christian Leadership and Worship.

B.O.S.S. Las Vegas is a division of Al & Hattie Hollingsworth's BOSS The Movement & Vertical Leap Seminar.  BOSS Las Vegas formed in 2001 as has hosted Citywide Boot Camps for Youth ages 7-19 as     well as 20-week curriculums at churches across the city.  For more information on HOSTING a 20-week curriculum at your church, call Sis. BOSS The Movement is an acronym for “BUILDING ON SPIRITUAL SUBSTANCE.” BOSS The       Movement is not a church.  It is a program that began in 1985 and was designed to instill leadership skills   in young people ages 7-19.  To date the program has trained thousands of kids to prepare for leadership in business.  The founders, Al & Hattie Hollingsworth are fantastic models. As successful business owners     of Aldelano Corporation, a string of food-packing plants across the nation that serve several companies       including Proctor & Gamble and General Mills, they have proven that their principles work.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING BOOT CAMP 20 WEEK CURRICULUM

BOSS The Movement program offers training via a 20-week       curriculum for young people ages 7-19 to develop                  self-esteem, self-confidence, public speaking ability and godly      business skills. We train our people how to communicate       effectively through eye contact, body control, and ability to            project themselves through their appearance.We train them to         be leaders and not followers, and to believe in the dreams that    are inside of them. They are taught to replace negative thinking      habits with positive ones, have strong character by applying           the Word of God to their lives, create business plans and engage    in internet entrepreneurship.
